The Future of The Woodlands Skyline by me. (6/29/24)
Made a mock up to show what The Woodland's Skyline could look like in the coming years. Some of these proposals are not confirmed officially but I went ahead and added them anyways as they are potential developments yet to be confirmed.
The Woodlands facing east. The development shown below are mainly by Howard Hughes except for the mall redevelopment. Top 4 on the right do not have a name, we are calling the former Timberloch site redevelopment for now. The 2 projects to the left are a part of the mall redevelopment plan which will feature a residential tower and a hotel. The bottom left one is the Ritz Carlton thats planned for Lake Woodlands. The 2 on the right from top to bottom below the 6 top ones are the 10 Waterway office tower and the 1 Riva Row residential tower.
